  3. I grew up in this neighborhood and have a large network of family and friends to tap into.  Yes, I know lots of people looking to buy a home and I know a few families looking to sell their home quietly.

I take on a limited number clients (usually no more than 2 at a time) so that you get my undivided attention.  Selling a house takes time and a lot of hard work.  I work directly with each and every one of my clients to make sure that the selling experience is painless and as unobtrusive as possible.
  5. I have  great eye for design.  I can help you stage your home without costing you a penny. Let's use what you have to make your home show as best as it can.  (It's amazing what a little decluttering and shuffling around can do!)
  6. I specialize in selling homes in the 90212 zip code for under $3.0 Million.  Most real estate agents or brokers in the area focus on the over $5.0M homes so that they earn more commission.  I'm not like that.  I genuinely like this area (I think it's the best neighborhood in the BH township) and I like to work with the people that are looking to buy in this area.  I'm a niche expert.  Hey - there's nothing wrong with that!
